Aspendos night tour from Antalya — €75 per person, with hotel pickup from Antalya, Belek, Kemer, and Side. The tour visits two ancient sites after dark: Perge, a Hellenistic and Roman city with colonnaded streets, city walls, and a theatre illuminated by floodlights; and Aspendos, home to one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheatres in the world, lit against the night sky. A professional English-speaking guide leads both sites, entrance tickets are included, and a dinner at a local restaurant is part of the programme. Pickup from hotels is approximately 17:00; return to Antalya is approximately 22:30. The evening format avoids the midday heat and the daytime crowds at both sites.
If you want to visit Perge and Aspendos by day with Side included, our Perge, Aspendos and Side day tour covers all three ancient sites in one full-day excursion. For more evening options and things to do after dark in Antalya, see our guide to things to do in Antalya.
~17:00 — Hotel Pickup (Antalya, Belek, Kemer, Side)
Your driver collects you from your hotel. Pickup order is confirmed after booking based on hotel locations — guests further from Antalya city (Kemer, Side) are typically collected first. Exact pickup time is confirmed the day before by your driver. The departure time is planned so the group arrives at Perge shortly after the floodlights activate at dusk. ~
17:45 — Perge Ancient City
Perge is a Hellenistic and Roman city approximately 18 km east of Antalya. After dark, the colonnaded main street, the city gate complex, and the theatre are illuminated by floodlights — a very different experience from a daytime visit. Your guide covers the city's history from its founding through the Hellenistic period to Byzantine occupation. Time at site: approximately 60 minutes. ~
19:00 — Drive to Aspendos
Aspendos is approximately 30 km east of Perge, a 30-minute drive along the D400. This drive follows the flat Antalya coastal plain through agricultural land. ~
19:30 — Aspendos Theatre
Aspendos Theatre is a 2nd-century Roman amphitheatre built under Emperor Marcus Aurelius. It is considered one of the best-preserved Roman theatres in the world — the original stage wall and upper gallery are fully intact. The theatre is illuminated at night, and the scale of the structure is particularly striking without the daytime crowds. Your guide covers the theatre's history and acoustic engineering. Time at site: approximately 60 minutes. ~
20:30 — Dinner at a Local Restaurant
Dinner is served at a local restaurant near Aspendos or on the return route. A set menu of Turkish dishes is included in the price. Drinks are available to purchase separately. ~
21:30 — Return Transfer to Hotels
Your driver returns the group to their hotels. Drop-off order is the reverse of pickup — Antalya city guests are typically returned first. Estimated return to Antalya is approximately 22:30.
The tour takes approximately 5 hours, including transfers.
