Terms and Conditions

By booking any experience, transfer, yacht or service with Antalya Tour World, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are prepared in accordance with the Turkish Travel Agencies Law (Law No: 1618), the Consumer Protection Law (Law No: 6502), and relevant regulations.

Booking and Contract

The person making the booking (the “party leader”) confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of all participants and accepts these terms on their behalf. The party leader must be at least 18 years old.

A contract is formed once the booking is confirmed and payment (full or deposit) is received.

Payments

Payments may be made online, by credit card, or in cash on the day of the tour, depending on the service type.

For certain tours or private services, a deposit may be required. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Tour Operations and Changes

We strive to operate all tours as described. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational requirements

  • Safety reasons

  • Force majeure events

In such cases, a comparable alternative service may be offered.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by our Cancellation Policy. By booking a tour, you agree to the terms outlined on that page.

Responsibility and Third-Party Suppliers

Some services (such as boat tours, rafting, diving, or external activities) are operated by licensed third-party suppliers.

Antalya Tour World acts as an intermediary for these services and cannot be held responsible for:

  • Injuries

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Delays caused by suppliers

All suppliers are required to hold appropriate insurance and licenses.

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to join the tour and must follow the instructions of guides and staff at all times.

Passports and Visas

For international tours (e.g., Greek Islands), participants are responsible for carrying valid travel documents and meeting visa requirements.

Complaints

Any complaints must be reported to our staff during the tour so that we can attempt to resolve the issue immediately.

If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, you may contact us via email.

Personal Data

Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No: 6698).

In the event of any dispute, Turkish law shall apply, and Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
