Booking & Cancellation Policy

All excursions and bookings through antalyatourworld.com adhere to Turkish Travel Agencies Legislation (Law No: 1618) and the Consumer Protection Law (Law No: 4077), recently updated to align with European Union consumer rights standards.

Making a Booking

The primary person making the booking (“group leader”) must be over 18 and authorized by all other individuals listed in the booking. This authorization includes parental or guardian consent for individuals under 18. By confirming a booking, the group leader acknowledges this responsibility, including the obligation to make all necessary payments.

Payment Requirements

Bookings require immediate payment, either in full or via deposit. If payment isn’t made at the time of booking, your reservation may be considered canceled, resulting in applicable cancellation charges.

Payments are accepted securely via major credit cards without additional fees. All quoted prices include VAT.

Booking Confirmation

After confirming availability and receiving payment, we will email a confirmation along with an invoice to the group leader. Please verify this invoice carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if any details appear incorrect or incomplete.

Excursion vouchers will also be sent by email, which you must print and present as confirmation of your bookings.

Pricing Information

Prices listed on our website are subject to change due to currency fluctuations and other factors. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price stated on your confirmation invoice is fixed unless you request changes to your booking.

Ticket Issuance

Excursion vouchers are typically emailed immediately after booking, along with detailed instructions on their redemption. Certain exclusions may apply.

Special Requests & Medical Conditions

Please notify us of any special requests at the time of booking. Although we strive to meet your needs by forwarding requests to suppliers, these are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

If any participant in your group has medical conditions or disabilities that could impact the booking or the arrangements, please provide detailed information when booking. Notify us promptly if any medical condition arises after the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations if we believe we cannot adequately accommodate the needs of the individual.

Changes & Cancellations by You

To alter your booking, please contact us immediately. While we attempt to accommodate changes, these aren’t always feasible. An administrative fee of £10 per alteration plus any supplier-incurred charges will apply. A revised voucher will replace the original, and the initial voucher becomes void.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 10 days before the excursion.
  • Cancellations made between 4 and 3 days prior receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are given for cancellations made within 2 days of the excursion date.

You may alter your booking date or switch excursions without fees if notified at least 3 days in advance.

Changes & Cancellations by Us

If significant changes or cancellations occur on our end before your excursion begins, we’ll offer you the option to accept the changes, select alternative comparable arrangements, or cancel and receive a full refund.

antalyatourworld.com reserves the right to modify or cancel tours as necessary without prior notice. Our liability for changes or cancellations is limited solely to refunding the amount paid.

Passports & Visas

You are responsible for obtaining necessary passports and visas. Entry refusal due to inadequate documentation does not constitute grounds for a refund. Passports are required only for excursions to Rhodes, Kos Island, and Samos Island. EU citizens require no visa for these Greek island excursions.

Complaints Procedure

Unresolved claims or disputes will be governed by the laws of the country where the excursion took place. By booking, you agree to abide by these jurisdictional laws.
