This Cancellation Policy applies to all experiences and services offered by Antalya Tour World and is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Travel Agencies Law (Law No: 1618) and the Consumer Protection Law (Law No: 6502).
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date → Full refund
Cancellations made 2–6 days before the tour date → 50% refund
Cancellations made 1 day before or on the tour date → No refund
Date changes are free of charge if requested at least 2 days prior to the original tour date and are subject to availability.
If Antalya Tour World cancels a tour due to operational reasons, weather conditions, safety requirements, or force majeure, customers will be offered:
A full refund, or
An alternative tour of equal value
No additional compensation shall be provided.
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Traffic conditions
Natural disasters
Strikes or public disturbances
